The Sculpture Collection takes inspiration from the natural landscape in coastal and inland Palestine through a somewhat surreal and fictional perspective. The methodology of production was quite experimental using unorthodox techniques of glassblowing in collaboration with the workshop in Jaba’ Palestine. The production process started with a series of abstract sketches done on site along the coast of Akka, Haifa, Jaffa, and inland around the villages of Palestine including Jaba’ itself.
